Mentorship is a practical, scalable strategy for community colleges navigating enrollment challenges, retention goals, and limited resources.
This session explores a data-driven mentorship model that intentionally connects students with faculty, staff, and peer mentors to create a coordinated support network. Presenters will discuss how this approach builds a sense of belonging, supports timely and proactive outreach, and provides actionable data to strengthen student persistence and institutional capacity.
