On April 8, 2019, Mentor Collective (a University of San Diego partner) and the School of Leadership and Education Sciences are hosting a catered Lunch & Learn event. The event will welcome the entire USD community to discuss large-scale mentorship as a model to support student success in higher education.

In particular, we will cover:

  • Best practices from Mentor Collective’s research on 114 unique mentorship programs across higher education

  • Highlights from the mentorship programs at SOLES

  • Collaborative discussion on how various mentoring models can serve the needs of students at the University of San Diego

Before joining Mentor Collective, Abby taught English literature and rhetoric at CUNY and Babson College, and she tutored high school ELL students through Boston Partners in Education. Additionally, she held a project management position at a Boston-based healthcare startup.
